Network Marketing is yet another way to build a passive stream of income.Network Marketing is a business model that utilizes the power of human networks. Human beings are social creatures. Each of us has a network of family, friends, acquaintances, business associates and so on. We are embedded in this network. I, in fact, tend of think of this network as a part of my assets. People value the experience and opinions of the members within their networks. When somebody in their network raves about and recommends a product, they are that much more willing to listen and ultimately to buy if it helps them in their lives.This makes the word of mouth a powerful marketing tool. You hear about a new restaurant opening in your town and say, "Hmmm, interesting. May be I will check it out some day." Whereas your friend tells you about his visit to the restaurant and how much he enjoyed it, and you are ready to go there now! Networks work. And so does Network Marketing, if done properly. I used to be very skeptical about the whole idea. It somehow seemed sleazy and below my dignity to sell something to my friends who would buy so that they would not hurt my feelings. And that could be true if you became too pushy or if your sole focus was on recruiting people. But what if you found a product that you use regularly and that improves the quality of your life? Would you not recommend it your friends? As long as that is your primary motivation, it is all OK with me. Building the downline and generating income from it are certainly important but secondary goals.
